Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This policy governs your use of Ruligent and of AI agents whose actions are guarded by Ruligent. It is part of the Terms of Service. Routing an agent's actions through Ruligent does not legitimize the underlying activity — a policy decision of allow is not permission to break the law or these rules.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use Ruligent, or operate agents guarded by Ruligent, to:

2. Regulated data in payloads

Do not send regulated data in guard payloads unless we have agreed to it in a signed contract. This includes protected health information (PHI) subject to HIPAA, cardholder data subject to PCI DSS, and comparable regulated categories. Ruligent stores bounded payload summaries as part of audit events; it is not offered as a HIPAA- or PCI-compliant data store. Design your integrations to keep regulated data out of payloads — send references or redacted summaries instead.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may warn you, require changes, suspend agents or API keys, suspend or terminate your account, or notify law enforcement where legally required. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to cure before suspension. We may update this policy as new abuse patterns emerge; material changes will be announced per the Terms of Service.

5. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of Ruligent or by an Ruligent-guarded agent, email www.ruligent.com/contact.
